Lice… do we have it?

Scratching on the top of the forehead, top of the neck, and above our ears, but we can’t see the nits, does my family have lice? We have been checked by people who had expierience with lice before, but we cannot see the lice or nits, and it looks like dandruff and Hairspray leftovers, do we have lice and how can we get rid of it?
Hmm… not sure it’s lice yet…
we are now scratching our head to the point where it is dry and bumps are growing… maybe dry skin?
