Lice????????????

It’s been a couple of weeks and I have white stuff in my hair. Some of it is kind of big, some of it is smaller. They brush right off. My friend just got lice, and she does not know where she got it. I was not sure if i had was dandruff or lice, but just in case I washed my hair with lice shampoo a couple days ago. I still have white stuff in my hair. My head is also itchy. Do I have lice? Or do I have dandruff?
