Lice?!?!?!?

Okayy i lice.
I know you may think its gross and so do i put i need to get rid of them.
I do not have a infestantion or nothing but i do have them.
Is there anyway i can get rid of them with out dangerous shampoo’s and cutting your hair.
Please Help!!!
